Diablo 3 Nephalem Valor Buff

The design philosophy of the Diablo 3 team is pretty transparent here. They want us to enjoy diablo3 gold playing through the story but they understand we’re a bunch of goblins and we see profit in efficient (in terms of time and energy) play methods.

This is a fascinating change and I hope it makes it into the game. The idea of a bonus for when you want to play for a long period is great.

What’s even better is that they’re already aware that if they make that bonus too attractive then players looking to make a bit of profit from the Diablo 3 auction houses will feel compelled to engage in marathon play sessions. They don’t diablo3 power leveling want that (phew!) so there will still be a place for short bursts of activity in profitable quests or areas within larger acts.

Though the exact details (percentages) are scarce this proposed Diablo 3 Nephalem Valor buff is exciting stuff. The traditional Diablo 2 Sorc MF TP Boss run philosophy transferred to Diablo 3 could get very repetitive. This change should keep the act of playing or farming  much, much fresher! In Bashiok’s own words: “If you wanted a shorter [Diablo III] play session you could be done at that point [after a boss], but if you have more time, the path of least resistance would ideally be to stay in the same game and make your way towards the next boss.
